What is CommUnitopia?
A Breathing Blueprint for Sustainable, Intentional Communities
CommUnitopia is not only an intentional community. It is a living prototype — a fully integrated ecosystem where food, shelter, education, technology, and spiritual development exist not as separate systems, but as one coherent whole, rooted in the Earth and guided by respect and compassion for all.
We are building the first seed crystal of a model designed to replicate. A community which helps people remember what they are capable of — and then teach others to do the same.
At the foundation of everything we build is TrusTopia — our framework for permanent, community-held land stewardship. Land that can never be sold, speculated upon, or extracted from. Land that does not belong to an individual or family, but to the entire community, protected in Trust, forever.
We believe this work is bigger than any one organization. We actively seek collaboration with aligned nonprofits, permaculture projects, housing advocates, and conscious communities across the country and beyond.
